We welcome applications from residents of the Parish of Otterton who need financial support.

We provide financial assistance and relief to those in need within the Parish of Otterton who are in need, hardship or distress through situations such as loss of income or domestic crisis. Types of help given include payment of essential bills, rent, supply of logs and heating, help for children at Christmas and other essential expenses.

Examples of ways ORINC might help include:

• Grants of money. Grants have no strings attached. You can simply treat it as a donation or if you feel able to pay it back there is no interest to pay, either way is fine. Furthermore, everything is treated in utmost confidence.

• Contributions towards items such as furniture, bedding, clothing, food, fuel, heating appliances, washing machines and fridges.

• Payment for services such as essential house decorating, insulation and repairs, laundering, meals on wheels, child-minding, telephone line, rates and utilities.
